Affiliate Disclosure

ITHUTIR is the brand / trading identity of Vitaliy Panasiuk, a natural person operating under Polish działalność nierejestrowana (unregistered activity). CEIDG, KRS and REGON: not applicable.

Commercial relationship disclosure

ITHutir publishes independent editorial content, product recommendations and external merchant links. Some links are compensated. If you click a clearly disclosed paid, affiliate or referral link and complete a qualifying action or purchase, ITHutir may receive a commission, credit or other referral benefit from the external merchant or program. This commercial relationship can exist even when the recommendation is based on ITHutir's own editorial assessment.

How compensated links are identified

Compensated recommendations are identified close to the relevant link or recommendation with language explaining that ITHutir may receive a commission or referral benefit. The site-wide disclosure on this page supplements, and does not replace, the link-level disclosure. We do not rely on a generic “affiliate link” label alone to explain the material connection.

External merchants

A purchase made after following an affiliate or referral link is between you and the merchant identified at the destination. That merchant controls its product availability, price, checkout, payment, shipping, customer service, returns and refunds. Affiliate recommendations do not enter the ITHutir direct cart or checkout. A statement that use of a referral does not increase your price is made only where the specific program terms support that statement.

Current compensated/referral relationships

ITHutir currently publishes confirmed compensated or referral links only for programs whose account/link status has been verified internally. The current catalog includes links associated with Seeed Studio, SparkFun Electronics, Printful and an Etsy seller-referral flow where those links are shown as active. Program eligibility, commissionable products and program terms can change; a listed merchant name is not a claim that every destination or product earns a commission.

Amazon Associates

ITHutir does not currently claim active Amazon Associates status and does not present Amazon Special Links as active affiliate links. If Amazon Associates participation is activated, ITHutir will publish the required Amazon Associate identification statement and legally compliant link-level disclosures before using Amazon Special Links. ITHutir will not imply that Amazon sponsors, endorses or approves ITHutir.

Editorial independence

Compensation does not guarantee a positive review, ranking or recommendation. Editorial claims must be supported by the evidence available for the content, and commercial relationships must not be used to fabricate product testing, pricing, ratings or user experience.
