ITHUTIR is the brand / trading identity of Vitaliy Panasiuk, a natural person operating under Polish działalność nierejestrowana (unregistered activity). CEIDG, KRS and REGON: not applicable.

Website and operator

ITHUTIR publishes articles, guides, projects, free resources and product information for makers. Current Digital Products are demonstrations, not offers available for purchase. The cart stores selections only; placing an item there does not conclude a contract. No local payment or paid download service is active.

Future direct digital contracts

When direct sales are enabled, ITHUTIR will be the seller of Digital Products. Before ordering you will see the product description, applicable license, technical requirements, total price including applicable taxes, currency, any additional charges and delivery timing. There are no physical shipping charges for digital files. Only payment methods actually enabled and shown at checkout will be available; Stripe and PayPal are planned providers and are not active now. When more than one payment provider is enabled, you will be able to select an available payment method before paying.

The future process will let you check and correct your order before submitting an order with an obligation to pay. Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we send an acceptance identifying the product and agreed terms. A mere receipt acknowledgment is not acceptance. We will provide the concluded contract on a durable medium. Delivery will follow successful payment within the agreed time, subject to your withdrawal rights and any valid early-delivery consent. If an order cannot be accepted, any payment collected will be returned.

Prints and affiliate transactions

Print purchases use an external POD provider or store checkout. The seller identified there handles that transaction, payment, fulfillment, shipping and returns under the actual store terms. ITHUTIR does not process POD payments locally and is not the merchant of record for those external purchases. Affiliate purchases are contracts with external merchants; ITHUTIR does not handle their orders, payments or refunds. Check the seller and terms before leaving this site.

Consumer rights and complaints

Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable, including conformity remedies and the general 14-day withdrawal framework for distance contracts. See the Refund and Withdrawal Policy for the complaint procedure and the conditional digital-content exception. Withdrawal can be made by an unequivocal statement; the model withdrawal form is optional.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Site materials and digital files remain protected by intellectual-property rights. Use free resources according to their stated permissions. For purchased files, the Digital Products Terms and product-specific license define permitted personal or commercial use. Do not redistribute or resell files without permission or a legal entitlement. Do not interfere with site security or others' access. Nothing here excludes statutory permitted uses or mandatory remedies.

Applicable law and disputes

Polish law governs these terms. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections of the law that would otherwise apply, including protections in their country of habitual residence where applicable. No compulsory arbitration or exclusive court clause limits consumer rights. Consumers may seek help from a local consumer ombudsman or an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution body; participation follows the relevant procedure and applicable consent requirements. Court remedies remain available.

External services have their own terms and privacy notices. Changes to these website terms do not retroactively reduce rights under concluded contracts.
