Refund and Withdrawal Policy

ITHUTIR is the brand / trading identity of Vitaliy Panasiuk, a natural person operating under Polish działalność nierejestrowana (unregistered activity). CEIDG, KRS and REGON: not applicable.

A. Statutory withdrawal

For future direct ITHUTIR distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this period starts when the contract is concluded. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient. Where legally required withdrawal information was not supplied, statutory extensions apply: the right may continue for up to 12 months after the original period, or expire 14 days after the information is supplied within that extended period.

Email us or send an unequivocal statement by post to the contact address below. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory. We will acknowledge an electronic withdrawal on a durable medium. Identify the contract with your name, product, purchase date and order identifier where available; no reason is needed for statutory withdrawal.

For a valid withdrawal, we reimburse payments without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your statement, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without fees. Following withdrawal from a digital-content contract, stop using the content and making it available to others.

Digital-content exception

For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may cease after performance begins only when all legal conditions are satisfied. Before early delivery, we must obtain your prior express consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, your explicit acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and provide confirmation of the concluded contract and consent on a durable medium (for example, an email you can retain). Without these conditions, we do not treat the withdrawal right as lost. Accepting general terms alone is not this consent.

If these safeguards are not fulfilled, early supply does not make you bear the costs of digital content on withdrawal in the circumstances provided by law. Current demo products cannot be purchased or downloaded.

B. Complaints and lack of conformity

A complaint concerns lack of conformity, not a change-of-mind withdrawal. Contact us if digital content does not match the contract, description, functionality or required technical characteristics. You may request that it be brought into conformity, free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where the statutory conditions apply, including refusal, failed correction, serious non-conformity or an evident inability to correct it in time, you may seek a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract. For paid content, termination for non-conformity is unavailable if the defect is minor; the seller bears the burden of showing that it is minor.

Send your name, order identifier, product, purchase date and issue or requested remedy where available. A receipt is not the only acceptable evidence of purchase. Do not send sensitive identification documents or payment-card details. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt on paper or another durable medium; failure to respond within the applicable statutory deadline has the consequences provided by law. These rights are independent of the early-delivery consent and any voluntary refund.

Refunds due to a statutory price reduction or termination for non-conformity are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the relevant statement, using the same payment method unless you agree to another cost-free method.

C. Discretionary refunds

No additional voluntary refund program is currently offered. This does not restrict withdrawal, conformity remedies or other mandatory rights.

D. External POD transactions

The external POD seller handles withdrawal, complaints, returns and refunds for its transaction under its terms and applicable law. ITHUTIR does not collect those payments locally. The fact that a product is printed on demand does not by itself establish a withdrawal exception; the actual product and legal conditions matter.

E. Affiliate merchant transactions

Contact the external merchant for purchases made through affiliate links. That merchant handles its order and refund; the ITHUTIR direct-sale procedure does not replace the merchant's obligations.
