Digital Products Terms

ITHUTIR is the brand / trading identity of Vitaliy Panasiuk, a natural person operating under Polish działalność nierejestrowana (unregistered activity). CEIDG, KRS and REGON: not applicable.

Digital content and product description

ITHutir Digital Products are data supplied in digital form, such as documentation, ebooks, CAD files, software or project packs. The description agreed at purchase is binding for included files, formats, functionality and any stated version, compatibility, interoperability and technical requirements. Review the required software, hardware and access requirements before ordering. Draft or demo-only records do not supply paid files and are not purchasable.

Purchaser license

For an active purchased Digital Product, ITHUTIR grants a non-exclusive license within the scope stated on the product page at purchase. Personal or commercial use is permitted only as specified by that product-specific license. Copyright ownership is not transferred. Unauthorized redistribution, public sharing, sublicensing or resale of files is prohibited except where permitted by the license or mandatory law. Mandatory statutory consumer rights are not excluded or reduced by a license.

Payment, protected delivery and updates

Paid digital delivery follows successful payment and payment verification through the configured protected-delivery flow. Access may be provided by an entitlement-controlled download or other protected link associated with the order. If content is not supplied when due, you may call on us to supply it and use statutory remedies if we fail; in legally specified cases no additional request is necessary. We supply updates required to maintain conformity for the period required by applicable law. Any additional update promise is the one stated on the product page at purchase.

Early delivery and withdrawal

For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from conclusion of the contract, subject to applicable law. The withdrawal right may cease after performance begins only when all legal conditions are satisfied. Before early delivery that affects the right, ITHUTIR must obtain prior express consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, explicit acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and provide confirmation of the concluded contract and consent on a durable medium. Accepting general terms alone is not this consent. Without these conditions, ITHUTIR does not treat the withdrawal right as lost merely because supply began.

Digital content complaints

A complaint concerns lack of conformity where paid digital content does not match the contract, description, functionality or required technical characteristics. Contact us if this occurs. Remedies under applicable law may include bringing the content into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination/refund where the relevant conditions are met. Send the order identifier, product, purchase date and a description of the issue where available. Do not send payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. Mandatory rights are independent of any voluntary refund policy.
