Refund and Withdrawal Policy

ITHUTIR is the brand / trading identity of Vitaliy Panasiuk, a natural person operating under Polish działalność nierejestrowana (unregistered activity). CEIDG, KRS and REGON: not applicable.

Effective date: 10 October 2026.

A. Direct physical goods — statutory withdrawal

For eligible ITHutir direct distance sales of physical goods to consumers, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day the consumer receives the goods. No reason is required. Send an unequivocal withdrawal statement by email or post before the deadline. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory.

After giving notice, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal. Unless ITHUTIR agrees to bear the cost or applicable law requires otherwise, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods where that obligation was disclosed before purchase. We reimburse payments due under the withdrawal rules without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice; for goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received back or evidence of return is supplied. Standard outbound delivery cost is reimbursed as required by law, but an additional cost chosen for a delivery method more expensive than the offered standard method need not be reimbursed.

B. Direct digital content — withdrawal and early delivery

For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded. The right may cease after performance begins only when all legal conditions are satisfied. Before early delivery that affects the right, ITHUTIR must obtain prior express consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, an explicit acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and provide confirmation of the concluded contract and consent on a durable medium. Accepting general terms alone is not this consent. Without these conditions, ITHUTIR does not treat the withdrawal right as lost.

If the required safeguards are not fulfilled, ITHUTIR does not treat the withdrawal right as lost merely because digital supply began. Active production products follow the checkout and protected-delivery flow described on the site.

C. Complaints and lack of conformity

Mandatory conformity rights apply independently of change-of-mind withdrawal. If an ITHutir-sold good or digital product does not match the contract, description, functionality or required characteristics, contact us with the order identifier, product, purchase date and issue. Do not send payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. Remedies available under applicable law may include repair or replacement for goods, bringing digital content into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination/refund where the relevant legal conditions are met. Statutory remedies are provided without charge where required.

We respond to consumer complaints within the applicable statutory deadline and use a durable medium where required. Refunds due after a valid statutory price reduction, termination or withdrawal are made using the original payment method unless another cost-free method is agreed.

D. Voluntary refunds

No additional voluntary refund program is promised unless a product page or written customer-service communication expressly provides one. This does not restrict withdrawal, conformity remedies, legal guarantees or other mandatory rights.

E. External print-on-demand purchases

ITHutir POD product links currently lead to an external Printify store/provider checkout. The seller/provider identified at that checkout handles the external payment, production, shipping, return and refund process under the terms presented there. This ITHutir direct-sale refund procedure does not replace the external seller's obligations or any mandatory consumer rights applicable to that transaction.

F. Affiliate and referral merchant transactions

A purchase made after following an affiliate or referral link is a transaction with the external merchant identified at the destination. That merchant handles its order, payment, delivery, complaints and refunds. ITHutir may receive a commission or referral benefit as described in the Affiliate Disclosure.
