ITHUTIR is the brand / trading identity of Vitaliy Panasiuk, a natural person operating under Polish działalność nierejestrowana (unregistered activity). CEIDG, KRS and REGON: not applicable.

Website and operator

ITHUTIR publishes original articles, reviews, comparisons, buying guides, maker projects, free resources and product information. The site also offers active ITHutir Digital Products and selected DIY physical products through direct checkout, original print-on-demand products through an external provider checkout, and recommendations that may contain compensated affiliate or referral links. Adding an item to a cart does not itself conclude a contract.

Direct digital contracts

For active ITHutir Digital Products, ITHUTIR is the seller. Before ordering, the product page and checkout show the product description, applicable license, technical requirements, total price, currency, and delivery information. There are no physical shipping charges for digital files. Only payment methods actually enabled and shown at checkout are available.

The checkout lets you review the order before submitting an order with an obligation to pay. Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when ITHUTIR sends acceptance identifying the product and agreed terms. Delivery follows successful payment and verification through the configured protected-delivery flow, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any valid early-delivery consent. If an order cannot be accepted, any payment collected will be returned.

Direct DIY physical contracts

For active DIY physical products sold through ITHutir direct checkout, ITHUTIR is the seller. Before payment, the product page and checkout identify the item, total product price, available delivery method and delivery charge for the selected destination where applicable. Availability is subject to the current catalog and inventory. Shipping and delivery follow the Shipping Policy. Statutory withdrawal and conformity rights follow the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

Print-on-demand and affiliate transactions

Print-on-demand purchases use the external provider/store checkout linked from ITHutir. The seller and provider identified at that destination handle the external transaction, payment, fulfillment, shipping and returns under the terms shown there. ITHUTIR does not process those POD payments locally. Affiliate or referral purchases are contracts with the external merchant; ITHUTIR does not handle that merchant's order, payment or refund. Compensated links are disclosed near the recommendation and are also covered by the Affiliate Disclosure.

Consumer rights and complaints

Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable, including conformity remedies and the statutory withdrawal framework for eligible distance contracts. The start of the withdrawal period and any lawful exception depend on the type of contract. See the Refund and Withdrawal Policy for the complaint procedure, goods returns and the conditional digital-content exception. Withdrawal may be made by an unequivocal statement; the model withdrawal form is optional.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Site materials and digital files remain protected by intellectual-property rights. Use free resources according to their stated permissions. For purchased files, the Digital Products Terms and product-specific license define permitted use. Do not redistribute or resell files without permission or a legal entitlement. Do not interfere with site security or others' access. Nothing here excludes statutory permitted uses or mandatory remedies.

Applicable law and disputes

Polish law governs these terms. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections of the law that would otherwise apply, including protections in their country of habitual residence where applicable. No compulsory arbitration or exclusive court clause limits consumer rights. Consumers may seek help from a local consumer ombudsman or an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution body under the applicable procedure. Court remedies remain available.

External services have their own terms and privacy notices. Changes to these website terms do not retroactively reduce rights under concluded contracts.
